It Burns Real Success Stories
When I walked into It Burns and met with Brooke I was at a very low point. I had been steadily putting on weight for 10 years. I was walking miles a day, on and off diets and discouraged. I thought Brooke and I would just talk about goals and set up a plan and a schedule, but no we jumped right in. I was winded by the warm up. It was awkward and I was really self conscious. Brooke was very encouraging but clearly no nonsense. She wasn't worried about my emotions she wanted action. And that is what I needed. Over the year that I have been working with her, I have improved my balance, found some strength and shed some negativity along with the pounds. This is by far one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I love the mix of challenge and camaraderie. I also love the fact that I have shed 30 pounds and a couple of dress sizes. I feel healthier, happier and much more energetic. I still have a ways to go, but working with Brooke and other trainers at It Burns I am confident that I will not only meet those goals but also continue to grow physically and personally.
