INGREDIENTS

Portobello mushroom caps

Lean ground beef burgers (marinated with sugar-free BBQ sauce, German beer & pepper, then grilled)

Zucchini slices (seasoned with lemon pepper and parmesan cheese, then grilled)

Optional toppings: turkey bacon, cheese, tomatoes

Baked sweet potato fries

 

PREPARATION

Using mushroom caps as "buns," assemble burger with zucchini slices and desired toppings. Serve with sweet potato fries on the side.

 

 

Healthy Cookie Treat

 

INGREDIENTS

Lenny & Larry's white chocolate chip macadamia nut complete cookie

1 tbsp. Fat-free cream cheese

Splash of lemon juice

Dash of Splenda

Blackberries

 

PREPARATION

Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and Splenda. Spread over cookie. Top with a handful of blackberries and enjoy!
