Our mission at It Burns is to motivate, educate and promote a healthy lifestyle with behavior modification. We tailor the workout to meet the client’s needs and goals and help develop life long habits to achieve and maintain those goals.

Philosophy

“Muscle Confusion”, never do the same workout week after week. The more you confuse the muscle, the harder your body has to work to keep up; the more variety in your workout, the better and faster your results will be. Each client is an individual, and every program is designed with that specific individual client in mind.
